They only gave me half my deposit back because of a couple helium balloons left up high on the ceiling we couldn't reach and some table decorations rose petals on the floor. They ignored my emails.loads of us tidied and swept the floor afterwards even the bride and groom! The glasses still had stickers on for the bucks fizz and they poured it out too late it was meant to be a welcome drink. 4 days later I rang them on a hunch asking them was there any bucks fizz left over and then they answer me yes eleven bottles ! They never made any effort to contact me first telling me. We found mouldy cocktail sausages and sticks behind chairs before we set up in the hall. We left the hall Very tidy afterwards considering they only had 3 cloth old brooms and one dustpan and brush. Very poor service. More...
