What’s your signature dish?
I have so many favourite dishes and food types I don't particularly fall back on one particular dish. Every time I go on holiday, or work abroad I come back with new ideas, concepts and inspiration that is a reflection of the work I do for my clients.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Everything is client orientated. It doesn't matter what I like or what I am comfortable cooking. The aim is to bring the best experience to the customer. I spend time with the customer and learn a little about their culinary experiences, make suggestions and come to an agreement on what they would like to experience. Whether that is recreating a holiday favourite or experiencing something completely new it will be enjoyed by all the guests.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy meeting new people that share the joy of great food. Then creating something that has the wow factor and puts smiles on every ones faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in catering since I started washing dishes at the age of 13. As I progressed in my career it became more about paper work, politics and people management. I lost the love of the industry because of this and decided to go it alone so I could get back to doing what I really enjoy. Cooking great food!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very passionate about what I do. I want the customer experience to be excellent and the clients guests to have a great culinary experience. Food is about bringing people together. Getting the food right, whether it be canapes or a 5 course sit down meal, is my goal and I aim to please on every level.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I launched the business after covid. However I am happy to wear a face mask in other peoples homes if required. I am fully vaccinated!
