I had a manicure and pedicure here prior to my daughter’s wedding. From the start I felt uncomfortable. I was a little early and was told rather abruptly that they wouldn’t be ready for 5 minutes. No welcome. The manager was on the computer not attending to other clients. She was the most unfriendly ‘therapist’ I have ever encountered. I don’t think she smiled once and her attitude/energy was hostile. At one point she told me directly how tense I was! I wonder why Kate?She did a good job but clearly needs some further training in basic communication skills. More...
