The whole event was just perfect, the food was stunning - beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Absolutely amazing dinner party. Ash was lovely, the food was incredible and there was no washing up for me at the end! Highly recommend trying them out. We all chipped in instead of going out for dinner and it meant drinking our own wine without restaurant prices, no closing time and no babysitters! Ashley did our wedding cake and evening food for our wedding and my god he didn't disappoint!! The cake was amazing and everyone loved the look and taste of it!
! It was beautifully done and was just what we wanted and more!! The evening food was just as delicious! My husbands favourite food is a scotch egg but Ashley's scotch eggs were something else!! The food was just outstanding!! Thank you so much Ashley for helping and finishing our wedding night off in style!!

What’s your signature dish?
Although we have many favourite dishes that we have created over the years we try to offer a bespoke service individual to each clients needs. Although if I had to make a choice it would probably be one of my personal favourite dishes called 'Scallops Old Fashioned' Pan Seared Scallops with Parsnips Puree, Haggis Boudin, Julienne Fries and an Orange and Whiskey Glaze.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The most important thing for me is to have a chat with the client about what is it they want. I have a short questionnaire I use which will pin point exactly what they want as well as what they don't want. Kind of like a food Heaven and food Hell scenario.
What do you love most about your job?
I have had a passion for food my whole life and so when I started cooking have always loved what I do for a living. Now I have my own company I am thriving on the challenge of catering for all types of tastes in all types of circumstances. I believe that food is a never ending story and that there is always more to learn and more challenges ahead.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted my own business and put myself in a great position to be able to do so after working in the yachting industry for six years. On returning to England I felt that It was the right time as I had spent my whole career making other people's business' a success I now wanted to do the same for myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
A catering company is only as good as it's head chef and with my experience and knowledge I truly do believe that I can offer the best product at a very competitive price.
