About

Are there parts of you that feel unrepresented, hidden, anxious, ashamed, angry, or judged by others? We aren't born feeling this way, have you ever wondered how you got to where you are now? My clients come to me because they trust I can weather the hard places we visit together.

Q&As

I love working creatively with people and being alongside them as they heal, grow and change their lives.

I started my private practice to work with the people I can make a real difference to, for my clients to choose me and for me to choose them.

My aim is for us to work collaboratively to meet your unique needs. I believe we both bring our knowledge, wisdom and experience into our sessions. In our work together, I draw on my core training in person-centred therapy as well as my additional training. I am IFS (internal family systems) and polyvagal informed, a qualified mindfulness teacher and I am passionate about therapeutic writing and its impacts on our physical and mental wellbeing. I am a race and diversity aware therapist listed in the Race Aware Directory, LGBTQ+ affirmative and I endeavour to encourage your authentic self-expression.

I have online availability Monday to Thursday.
Online sessions are held over zoom.

Working primarily online during lockdowns.
In-person work meets government criteria.
Hand gel and bottled water is provided.
Clients are asked not to attend in the event of Covid-19 symptoms.

Services

My working life has been dedicated to supporting people through trauma, crisis, loss and change. I have been in the helping professions working with trauma and attachment since 2004 and I have been counselling people with a wide range of life experiences since 2014, including as a high school counsellor.

I currently work with adults, many of whom are living with chronic illness, loss & grief or trauma & dissociation.
