I went to Weymouth for a few days and I highly recommend Weymouth and this B&B. It is a simple B&B but cosy and clean. It is a simple B&B but cosy and clean. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, there are tea & coffee making facilities in all the room, a TV, alarm clock, a sink in the bedrooms, towels, and they offer a continental breakfast every morning. The town and Beach is only a 10/15 minute walk away from the B&B and there is a bus stop outside. I walked to the B&B from the train station which took 15 minutes. I think one of the rooms has a en suite toilet and shower but other than that room there are two toilets and one bathroom that you have to share with the rest of the guests. Luckily there was only one other guest and me the time I went and they had the bedroom with the en suite bathroom so I was the only one using the bathroom and toilet. If you don't mind sharing the toilets and bathrooms with other guests and don't mind living somewhere plain and simple then I highly recommend this place. You can also hire out The Rosefield for weddings, they also do afternoon tea and next door to this B&B there is The Great Western hotel. There are also many other B&Bs and Hotels around the area and opposite the beach which you can check out. I walked everywhere in Weymouth when I was there and did not use public transport once. I recently stayed here with my girlfriend and another couple and we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly making everyone feel welcome and always making sure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were ideal for a short stay and the beds were so comfy. There was a great option of food on offer and all tasted great. It’s around a 15 minute walk from main beach/harbour which we found a bonus. The shared bath rooms was a new experience for us and was strange at first but we got over it and these were also very clean. Pat & Dave are brilliant hosts they make you feel very welcome, we enjoyed our breakfast and our conversations with them nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and comfortable.||The town is about 15/20 minute walk away depending on how fast you walk. One can take the No 2 bus which stops more or less outside The Rosefield if you don't feel like walking back.
