Great service, my point of contact was very informative throughout, everyone I spoke to in the company was very respectful and got back to me very quickly, their quality of work was great. After receiving quotes from a number of companies. We decided to go with the renewable energy company because they didn't try to pressure us into buying any particular system.
Every other company we spoke to told us conflicting details about what brands and models of panels and batteries were best, and guess what? Every time their stuff was the best and the other stuff was not very good. The renewable energy company were the complete opposite, they had lots of different choices and George explained exactly what is what and didn't pressure us to pick an option. We ended up with 16 panels and two batteries and they were impeccable throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking at solar energy, they've been in now for 6 weeks and I am so so happy that we've actually done it now.
And they were cheaper than all the other quotes i had previously!

Highly Recommend Solar PV & Battery.
It's been 2 months since my install was completed & I would like to say that it was a very easy process from start to finish.
George was really helpful in explaining the system to us which made it easier to understand & to decide the best system that was suited to our house. The Install team was on point & it all got installed in one day. If anyone is thinking about having a Solar PV System fitted to their house, I highly recommend Cozy as they know what they are doing & we were kept informed throughout the entire process.

Yes we can. We can provide quotations, advice and information remotely.
However, if a customer instructs us to deliver a project. We do need to visit the site prior to the arrival of our install teams and equipment.
This is to ensure all plans that have been surmised are accurate and to ensure a smooth installation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our remote works were the first steps of that process. Providing remote quoting allowed us to still handle customer requests in a safe way.
In respect to home visits, we are very well versed in respecting the boundaries of each individual customer and are more than happy to adhere to any specific requests that may arise.
Advice.
We offer professional, expert advice to help our customers undertand what is best for their home and energy needs.
Design and Planning.
We offer a full design and planning service that allows us to show our customers exactly how to meet their energy needs with the use of renewable technologies. We then provide a detailed report that includes structural calculations, performance metrics, install costs and much more.
Supply and Installation
We supply and install all of the equipment that our customers require to develop their project from a hypothetical design through to a completed installation of renewable energy. We take care of the entire process from start to finish.
Maintenance
We offer free 2 year maintenace plans to all of our customers, that runs alongside a 2 year, insurance backed warranty. Outside of that period our customers can take advantage of our service plans that can be purchased on rolling yearly options or on a one off basis. Workmanship Warranty periods can also be extnded up to 10 years.
