I was expecting trouble considering the reviews on here, but I actually had quite a pleasant experience with The Property Outlet. They were always quick to fix an issue and promptly replied to all messages and notified us of any inspections/visits. The fees are a bit extortionate as with most letting agents nowadays. The house wasn't the cleanest when we moved in but they did send out cleaners again which is positive and at the end of the tenancy they did not deduct anything that wasn't necessary from the deposit.
