Very disappointing, PMC award contracts in Kepplestone to their range of chosen suppliers, but little transparency on how the work scope is agreed, awarded or costed. Gardening people blowing around leaves in Autumn, while communal bin store area was unswept, a dedicated caretaker paid for walking around to make checks and not addressing this bin store hazard, why?. PMC also supposed to clean roof gutters annually as part of contract, this didn't happen. How can PMC operate or improve a business with no engagement or feedback from property owners that surely know best what is needed. Surprised Scottish property law allows these type of rolling uncapped management contracts without any owner engagement on the QoS. There is good work, but not enough focus on what matters to residents. PMC, if they care should address this gap and step up on this, especially as the area matures and certain aspects need increased management attention. More...

I've has PMC as the factors to the grounds around my property for over 12 years & most recently (well the past 4-5 years) they have been the leasing agent for my property. What can I say; they have improved fantastically over the past 3 year. I must say that previously it was hard to get a response. However, they have improved ten-fold with response via email & their new automated system for any issues raised by the tenant or indeed the landlord. Keep up the good work PMC team. More...

Avoid this company at any cost. Moved to new house and got informed by pmc by an invoice for outstanding invoice to be paid - of them - to be a ground work maintenance provider without any notice or information booklet, their aim - thing which wasn't been mentioned by my solicitor while I was buying the property. (factor fee thing). Never seen them doing anything at all, any grass cutting, any trimming bushes beside my property, etc, whatever. Before and during winter time, sand and salt box was empty on the street for days, while the street was full of snow and ice. They never even bothered getting back to me after my phone calls and messages I have sent in past. Very lazy. At some point "local manager of the area" from pmc never been even so keen to pick up my phone calls just to explain to me what I am actually gonna be paying for. Other member of their stuff I managed to rich over the phone could not tell me either. Since I moved in to a new house in August 2022 they are keep sending me an invoices inc 100 pounds deposit (for what? I don't now.) and invoices of the work that actually I have never seen to be done anywhere around property since I moved in last year in August. I paid them ones after few months amount they where screaming for (168 pounds) and ask them what it was for but they never came back to me with an answer. Today I received a threating email that they will take me to the court if I will note pay outstanding 150 pounds (last month in total was 195 pounds). So as I said, avoid pmc if You can. Very difficult to get in touch with and hardly doing any work. Very dodgy. Factor fees in total from August 2022 till April 2023 of total amount of 363 pounds for not knowing what it actually was for. It's bad. More...

I would put zero stars if i could. Simply one of the laziest factoring companies going. Everyone at the Muggiemoss development pays a considerable factoring fee monthly for PMC to do absolutely nothing!

Rented through PMC for a good while - really easy company to deal with. Very easy going and friendly folk, with all questions answered very simply. Application process dead easy; no complex jargon filled forms or processes and post-renting has been easy too, which is rare from an agency as you're no longer paying for anything! References delivered super fast and still friendly and professional. Well above average factor fee's in comparison to like for like residential apartments in the the area.Customer service is poor at best.
