Only got to know about this place as a result of an event this past Thursday. Entrance by a side door downstairs which was a little strange but a very versatile location for a variety of events. Quite a small bar area but the main function room on the left as you enter the auditorium has a bar too. The location is well presented & quite compact.
My only criticism is a personal one; the bar in the main room has huge windows behind it. While the event was in the early evening, bar staff going into the rear (storage) area let the evening sun flood into the room. This was a trifle distracting but it didn't diminish my liking of the room. I will be pleased to attend a function there again.

The best night out in the midlands I have been going here periodically over the last 10 years and always feel like well looked after. Meals are great drinks are flowing and entertainment is always top notch. Can't tell you how disgusted I am with your service and attitude. I paid 34 pound for a xmad meal that was awful. You suppled 2 bottles of wine between 12 proble. So I bought two bottles from your bar costing me 32 pound, one of which dissapeare! Your bar staff were not prepared to help, so I've had to walk home alone. Such a disgusting attitude More...

Once again had a fantastic new years eve at the premier suite from the piper at the door to the bells chiming 12. The entertainment was first class whith the live band all topped off with a great six course meal, steak so tender it melted in your mouth. Highly recommended a visit to the next event. I have been to premier suite on several occasions being the latest night was New Years Hogmanay Ball. What a way to bring in the new year fantastic! ! Brilliant atmosphere good friendly and I must say the staff can’t do enough to help. We take with us someone who has a very bad food allergy and they cater for her needs every time. Fantastic. An amazing little find really. Not your average place by any stretch. Wouldn't normally consider this kind of place for a great night out as typically conference venue isn't the best. First time I have been to an event at the Premier Suite and it was a really good experience. It was a St. Patrick Day Sunday dinner with entertainment, food was really nice and the entertainment was excellent, great value for the money we paid for the tickets. Can't wait to go again.
