At fairly short notice Vicky put together a lovely celebration buffet for my mum’s 70th. It was Fijian themed so not the most obvious of food choices available! Vicky helped me out at very short notice after family from NZ descended at short notice. Within 48 hours she turned up on the doorstep bearing poached salmon and lentil salad for 20 followed by scrumptious chocolate roulade and lemon tart. I could have kissed her feet! She saved a full time working mum from brink of exhaustion and I could really relax and enjoy the family reunion. Our signature dish is Chocolate & Pear Tart which we created in response to a request from a customer. It is now one of our most popular desserts.
