Had my 5yr olds birthday here and was brilliant. All the staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Ellis who led the party and to the girl who did the face painting that the children loved.

Very helpful and good entertainment. All the kids got involved and enjoyed the party. As we were older Ellis, Alfie and Nikstar talked to us to make us feel comfortable as we were around younger kids.

A great place for the kids to burn off some energy. We all loved the volcano as it was a struggle getting to the top. Food was nice, they have a good selection to choose from. What a fantastic 16th birthday party we had at partyman world. The staff Alfie Ellis & Nikstar were amazing from the time we arrived until we left. They totally spoilt the birthday boy. I went to Partyman expecting us to have an okay time.
My children and I had a fantastic time.
The staff are nice, the venue is good very spacious, they did a dancing competition and every child received a prize. The drinks are priced okay.
The only thing I would criticise is the taste of music it could be more up to date.

Visited partyman world basildon today with my son after school today and can honestly say it wasnt a disappointing visit we were made to feel so welcome by the staff and aswell as enjoy some mummy and son time I also found the time to relax with a nice hot chocolate, the place was spotless since last I was there it wasn't terrible then but it certainly looks shinier, and to top the evening off we managed to both get a nice meal demolished off by myself and a very fussy 6 year old boy! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to let there children run off some of that energy and also get food so you just head home and bath and bed, keep it up partyman world I look forward to my next visit. I recently had a private hire party here and the event was such a success because of all the amazing staff, especially Elle-Bean! We privately hired party man world of play on the 4th of November, we were absolutely over the moon with how it went. First of all we forgot to order the food and drink with them, when phoning we got through to head office this was two days before the party and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady, who managed to sort this out for us. On the Saturday we arrived about 15 mins early and was greeted by Elle, she was very cheerful and engaged so well with my children making them laugh straight away, Elle and Hannah then asked us if they would like us to take all the cakes party bags etc out to the kitchen and then told us to sit back and relax and even gave us a free hot drink. They dealt with everyone coming in all the presents and cards even bagged it all up for us, we actually done nothing which was lovely. I think the best part wad when Elle, Hannah and Ryan got all the kids on stage to sing Happy Birthday to both of the kids, they got the kids so engaged and all the kids loved the party, thank you so much for making the kids party so easy and enjoyable. We love bringing our grandkiddies here.....the staff are fantastic. Good facilities and amazing food and service makes this a hotspot of sheer fun. The menu is designed with kids in mind and the prices are very reasonable.....The staff are brilliant with the kids (I am sure they are chosen for their child friendly skills) showing unlimited patience and encouraging all of them to have fun. It was a party to remember for all the right reasons! My youngest had a great time as well as all his friends... Great venue, great entertainment, great staff and a great host (Ben despite the sore throat! !) ... Only down side, we were 1 of 4 parties at the same time so the place was extremely busy and particular event times seemed a rush to tailor for everyone else but this was the only downside... My daughter had her 6th birthday party at Partyman world , Basildon and it was absolutely a memorable event in her life . 'Bouncy Ben ' was really really helpful and we were so pleased with all the help he has given through out the party .
