Week 10 of 16 training for London Marathon 2019 started to get knee pain which prevented running. Took advantage of the free 15 min session and Danielle advised some strengthening and conditioning exercises. So booked a session with her and she put together a set of exercises to do 3 times a week with no running for 2 weeks. Of course panic set in but I persevered with the exercises and revisited Danielle for one more session. She recommended a reduced running plan and the exercises. Over time pain reduced when running and i completed the Marathon pain free. I am in no doubt this was attributed to Danielle’s treatment and advice and would thoroughly recommend her! More...

My expectations were well exceeded when Danielle helped we to recover and build my muscles and range of movement back after meniscus surgery. Just after 10 sessions I was able to sprint confidently 100metres with no pain at all. Highly recommended! More...

I suffered with back and pelvic pain through most of my pregnancy. Danielle was very professional and knowledgable. She treated me several times as the pregnancy progressed and it was immediate relief and so encouraging to know that I could cope through the 40 weeks. After my son was born by section after 35 hours in labour she treated us both to get us back on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend Danielle and the pain clinic. More...

I had treatment with Danielle for a number of problems with my neck, shoulder and back. I had a mixture of treatments to help relieve my pain initially and then to start rebuilding my strength and posture. I found Danielle to show genuine concern for my well being week by week, which is rare to come across. I have seen many therapists over the years who never seem to remember what your issues were. I would still being seeing Danielle now for regular maintenance and massages, had I sadly not moved away. Highly recommended and a lovely lady too. More...

I've used The Pain clinic for 3 different injuries now. I haven't been disappointed yet. The first time I had a horrible shooting pain, literally one session with Danni and I never experienced it again. Most recently was regarding a running injury. With a marathon in September I was very anxious about it. Danni not only helped me understand more about my injury and how my body works, she gave me exercises and guidance to recover and I've just start running again. She even let me video her demonstrating lunges! Seriously great service. More...

I needed treatment after getting a bad back on holiday. I saw danielle within 4 hours of landing and she was fantastic. She had a gentle nature and fun way of helping putting you at ease straight away. 3 appointments and I was back to normal. No pressure to have extra in fact I was told I didn't need to come again unless I felt the need. Easy instructions delivered with added humour made the experience a pleasurable one. I still practice the moves now and again to keep supple. Have recommended colleagues use the clinic. More...

As an elite cyclist I give my body a daily battering and occasionally pick up niggles and injuries. Lately I’ve been suffering with a back and glute issue that has continually worsened until it seriously impacted on my ability to ride my bike. Danielle has put together a great regime of mobility and strength exercises alongside a programme of stretching that has already turned round my injury. I’m back riding and racing, and recorded my career best result with a 3rd placement the Beaumont Trophy, a UCI Europe Tour race, just one week after visiting Danielle! She is incredibly knowledgeable of the body and sport, and appreciates that sportspeople have a strong desire to train and compete so is very helpful in giving treatment that allows the athlete to be back at their best as soon as possible. Can’t recommend her enough. More...

Had some major lower back pain. Danielle (the pain clinic) was recommended by my brother. Best treatment I've ever received after suffering on and off for years and seeing many different specialists I would definitely recommend the pain clinic to all!

Thank you Danielle for your professionalism, sensitivity and magic hands. I came to you unable to walk due to a prolapse disc and after that one initial session you eased the pain significantly and got me walking again.
It's been a long old road to recovery, but I can't thank you enough.

As performance director of a personal training and strength and conditioning facility I am constantly pushing my body to the limits and thus I have received treatment from many therapists including osteopaths, physiotherapists and chiropractors. The treatment I've had at the Pain Clinic has been by far the best! My new clinic of choice! More...

I have been having treatment for neck and shoulder problems and it is a huge relief to get Danielle's "magic" touch. I get immediate relief from tightness and pain through deep massage and mobility treatment. I've had chiro practice in the past but this treatment has been more effective for my complaints. It's also been a complete revelation to learn where in the skeleton my issues originate from and the rehab advice is invaluable. What also makes Danielle unique is her ability to genuinely "feel your pain" and understand the impact on your daily life. More...
