Pleasant, friendly & helpful staff. Great restaurant on site 'El Passo' where the staff are also very friendly. We had a very enjoyable stay at the New Northumbria principally to see Les Mis @ Theatre Royal.

Food was lovely - only let down was the slow service and the fact that 2 of the desserts out of 6 wete not available then having chosen onr and had to wait an age then ask when it would be served to then be told the menu had changef and it wasnt available either and there was only a choice of 2 - shame that was disappointing when the tapas had been excellent
