I am on day 4 tomorrow of the 8 week challenge and I have to say it is a fun class and people are motivated. I am glad I joined to gain strength and muscle. I lost 45 pounds 2 years ago and have kept it off, but after many surgeries I have lost my muscle tone. This I can already tell is gonna help me get that tone I want. The best gym is nothing without the best people to run it. The trainers here have your back all the way, figuratively and literally. It's not just for powerlifters. It's not just a place to get on a treadmill and slog away. You won't find a bunch of meat heads and gym bunnies here.
