Was in a bit of a pickle deciding how to buy a house and Googled the question and clicked on The Mortgage Plan and met Paul. Paul was the model of professionalism and patiently explained several options that were available, many of which wouldnt have seen him remunerated for his trouble but this wasnt his motive, informing me was. The advice that Paul gave me saved me a massive amount of money when I nearly bought a bungalow but I received a survey report, followed it up and the place was riddled with damp and basically, no lender would have taken the risk. If that was the case, why should I? We kept Paul in mind as we drifted through other potential moves, each one falling down for the strangest of reasons, a couple put their house up for sale in October with no onward move and havent found anywhere as I write this - we have dropped that one. We recently had an offer accepted with vacant possession and it was to Paul we turned again; his work rate is phenomenal and he kept us informed all along the way with superb communication. All through he coached us on what was going to happen next and gave really impressive and accurate timelines to manage our expectations. In summary, we could not have scripted our wishes and had a better service that what we have had through Paul and The Mortgage Plan. Cant thank him enough, its not over yet but we are closer than ever with a mortgage arranged in a really quick time, I think we got the approval in principle on the day we asked if we qualified for a mortgage.
