Initially went to see if they could help with neck issues that affected my golf swing and after consultation with Ahmet had treatment that was very painful indicating an underlying problem but after a couple of sessions the difference in my ability to play has been enhanced to the extent that even at my age I feel I am able now to improve my game and will be continuing with this journey. The level of professionalism and detailed explanation of what is being done is very reassuring and I would recommend to anyone who is experiencing discomfort or restriction of movement especially in a sports environment to see what they could do for you. Ahmet came to my local gym for a day so I decided to have a full body scan to see my weak points. The scan was really quick (15 minutes) and then Ahmet spent around half hour talking to me about the results, explaining them and it was all really interesting. Ahmet also provided me with some exercises to help with my weak points which was really good. Unfortunately he’s a little far away for me to see regularly but I can tell that he’s really interested in wanting to help people better themselves and I’d definitely recommend him and the full 3D body scan More...

Ahmet is authentic in his desire to find the underlying cause & issue with an injury. He will list all the possibilities of the issues & rather than just book you in for another session will say, 'leave it a while' to see how your body recovers after a session. Perfect for pre work out & post work outs. This treatment is tailored but not limited to the elite athlete, or the gym goer, weekend jogger, bike rider. Allows you to recover more quickly by removing lactic acid in your muscles, allows your muscles to stay soft which helps prevent injuries.
