We stayed at the Masons Arms for 3 nights. Greeted by friendly helpful staff Katherine the Manager, could not do enough to make us welcome. Gary the Chef Gary does a wide variety of food all meals 10/10 he greeted us and carried cases to room. another member of staff who when tout of his to be friendly and helpful. Kieth the man behind the bars. great personality good with customers pulling pints fast and efficient and with a smile. all members of staff good overall a great team. Bed room clean warm bedding towel ect good all round. Recommend the Masons to anyone visiting Amble John n Margaret More...

Was in amble for the first time in over 10’years , called into the masons arms as used to be my local at the time . Lovely place with great decor from what I gathered talking to staff and locals , it has been taken over by a new owner . Lovely food with nice home made chips , can’t go wrong . Bar was rather busy , Did not catch a name but lovely young lady with blonde hair on her own. working hard . She kept the place running smoothly , tables clean and customers happy . Great to see in a bar . Drinks were of great standard too , some tasty real ales would definitely come back when next in the area , great atmosphere staff are a credit and so is the masons arms in amble . More...

Absolutely loving this little gem of a pub, staff could not be more accommodating for our large group that descended on them at short notice, they even closed off an area just for us which is an excellent tribute to the team through Covid times… if you want good old hospitality with a excellent service this is THE place to be… thank you all xx
