Omg where to start with this?? I got married here 27th November 2022!! First of all from start to finish Gareth has been outstanding! From the minute we viewed and booked he’s been an absolute diamond! Always there on the other end of the phone for any support and help we needed, then there’s the driver I forgot his name 😳 but he picked me up from the hotel, absolutely amazing ! Kept me calm and always checked in! The two staff who looked after us in the evening were truely brilliant and amazing! And bill for the fab entertainment in the evening what a bloody party that was! Everyone was up dancing and having fun evan the ones who don’t like party’s! I can honestly say the whole staff at ridgeway are absolutely brilliant and incredible, they certainly know how to do a wedding that’s for sure! My wedding was absolved fantastic and wouldn’t have been able to do it without, Gareth and the the amazing staff at ridgeway! I had the best time of my life! I can’t thank the Ridgeway enough for making our wedding party the best!! I can’t thank Gareth, the bar staff, Bill and the DJ for making it the best night to remember. The decoration inside made the best wedding photos❤️ I was pain in the butt with Gareth asking so many questions but he was more than happy to help and at any time of the day as well😂 including 10pm(Sorry Gar) Honestly we seen the venue when it was all ready and a tear popped into my eye it was the most magical evening. Where do I start. We got married on the 16th of November 2022. from the time we booked the date to the big day, the staff have been amazing, from answering random questions that I had, to the consultations, to the drop off of our set up to the big day itself. everything went as smoothly as to be exoecf3d and the staff were fantastic throughout, the food was amazing and the entertainment was hilarious, the atmosphere couldn't have been better. would highly recommend this venue to any couple that are planning on getting married. 5* venue fo3 sure. Ridgeway hosted our wedding this week and what an absolutely amazing day we had. We booked the sunset package as we didn’t want a long day, and it was the perfect option for us. From the planning and preparing with Gareth, sending him endless text messages and always getting a swift response, always helpful. The ceremony and first half of the wedding hosted by Ollie, making sure we always had a drink in our hand, being so lovely and helpful whenever we asked for anything and making sure everything run smoothly. Ally continued to make sure everything was perfect for us throughout the rest of the day, checking if we needed anything, running around with a smile on her face whenever we asked for anything, could not have been more helpful! Big shout out to Bill, he provided the most entertaining evening party we have ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed all the games and entertainment, and our family and friends have all said it was the best wedding they had been to. Rob ensured the party kept going following the games and provided the best service on the magic mirror, everyone loved it and we got some cracking photos! We can honestly say our wedding was perfect and we absolutely loved every moment. We had our wedding here on 3/11/22 and had the most amazing day. Gareth, Bill, Alison and Rob made us feel so at ease and relaxed from the first moment to the end. (keeping us topped up with drinks constantly helped 😁) The venue, food, entertainment were all fantastic and it was so lovely to see everyone relaxed and having fun. Couldn't have asked for a better day. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the day knowing it was all under control. Had my wedding on 27.10.22 and it was brilliant and highly recommended. The day itself went smoothly, the set up, location and ceremony was a dream. The evening was great, set up perfectly and the staff were so friendly and helped us in anyway they could, thank you to the wedding planner Gareth! One hiccup we had was more buffet food was needed but after we spoken to them they did solve that and get more food out as quickly as they could. We loved the games we had!!! Bill was brilliant, myself and my husband are deaf and in no way was we or our guests left out and felt involved in everyday. We loved the Mr & Mrs Game and everyone said the Irish Jig was a great giggle and way to make guests at ease. The magic mirror was amazing too! Great little touch as guests enjoyed it but we got a keepsake! Rob was so funny and made everyone laugh. Sam and Lauren were out photographers and were recommended and they were absolutely brilliant made me feel at ease and did so much for myself and my bridal party to enjoy the day and capture all the perfect moments. I honestly can not recommended this amazing place enough! The staff are all absolutely fantastic and all of our family and friends couldn't stop telling them! Friendly.. and full of fun! You won't have a better laugh/party/atmosphere for your wedding and I can promise that. Gareth is a fantastic man with amazing energy. Rob the party man will have you all busting a move! To everyone at Ridgeway! We booked our wedding a year ago, and have spent this time planning for our perfect day. Little did we know how much preparation, and effort was going in from your end! Our day was 110% perfection 🥰 from start to finish....including my magic trick of falling off the chair in front of everyone 😆 From Rob picking us up, and being there throughout the day. To 'Olive' dj'ing the night away.. Gareth, you were unfortunately not there, but you made sure you were at the end of the phone, and only a text away. We were so gutted you couldn't be there in person, but you were fantastic! Ali, you did an amazing job, thank you! And thank you for keeping our glasses filled, and for looking after us! When as a couple you put so much time and effort into making your own special day to making it as perfect as can be, it is comforting & refreshing that everyone at Ridgeway took it the same way. Every part of our day was considered, thoughtful & measured to ensure every aspect of the day was special to us. Whilst we didn't have the weather we wanted, the Ridgeway Team ensured that this was never a factor or impact to our big day. A special mention to Gareth who ensured the energy levels were perfect on the daytime meeting into the evening celebrations. Well, what can I say! me and hubby got married here on the 06/10/2022 and it was the most perfect day! the venue is beautiful, and I didn't have the stress of doing anything, Gareth took in everything I wanted, and made it even better than I could of imagined! from our very first meeting with Gareth, we new this was the venue we wanted.. he made us feel at complete ease and was always a text away to any last min changes! Wow what can I say but what an amazing day we had. The day was magical, all our friends and family have said best wedding ever and the entertainment is just amazing. Gareth honestly you are the most down to earth lovable man I have ever met and your DJ skills are just brilliant. Rob who picked me and my dad up was just so funny, he really made me feel at ease when i was so nervous. And with him on the photo mirror it was just so funny our guests loved him. Lauren and Sarah the photographers were brilliant , I cannot wait to see our photos. Owen made sure we never was left without a drink and all the staff were so lovely, we really were looked after all day, you all could not do enough for us. Wow just wow where do I start. We got married here 29/9/2022 and what a day it was. From the first meeting we had we knew this was where we wanted to get married both Gareth and bill were amazing such lovely guys so easy to get on with we had a few meetings throughout the months and they had so much time for us everything we wanted needed it was sorted. The wedding day was just so perfect all the staff there went above and beyond they made us both feel at ease. From picking me up and taking me to the venue obviously I was nervous but they made me feel so relaxed before walking down the isle to the love of my life. The scenery for the photos from the golf buggy the lakes and the woods was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious Then the games FairPlay they involved all our guests it was really entertaining The dj was excellent everyone danced til we couldn’t dance anymore From start to Finish it was just perfect we loved every minute of it and want to do it all again. After many postponements & booking in 2019, me & my now husband finally got married yesterday 24th September at Ridgeway. We were treated like a king & queen all day long & honestly the best decision we have ever made was to get married here . From the moment Rob picked us up in the wedding car, he instantly put me & my dad at ease. He’s funny, friendly & so good at what he does best. Then onto ‘Olive’ what an incredible person you are! One word just simply amazing, and we really mean that! ‘Olive my main man’ as Ginge keeps saying. Gareth you are an absolute star, you work so so hard & you managed to keep us both calm & we always felt that it was all under control after every meeting. The magic photo mirror run by Rob was fantastic. Rob, you said to me in the morning that you will have the best day ever & you wasn’t wrong! You looked after us so well. Wow what can I say, we had our special day on 22nd September 2022. It was the most amazing day & night, Ridgeway were absolutely perfect and couldn’t do enough for us to make sure we had the most magical day ❤️ Gareth and Rob were so amazing and made me feel at ease from the moment they picked me and the bridesmaids up. As soon as I arrived at ridgeway Gareth, Bill, Oliver, Rob and the whole team were phenomenal. Everything went seamless from start to finish. The food was so so tasty and everyone enjoyed it, and the buffet in the evening was perfect. Ridgeway is such a beautiful venue and is honestly a hidden gem up on Caerphilly mountain. Me and my new husband would recommend getting married here to anyone, our whole day was just perfect! As for the evening party well what can I say…ABSOLUTELY EPIC!!! Everyone has said to us it’s the best evening party they have ever been to. Everyone was up on the chairs and dancing the night away. Can’t even begin to explain how beautiful this venue is and how fantastic the staff are! We got married here on 21/09/22 and right from the second rob turned up at my house I was made to feel relaxed and at ease and very quickly I felt that we went from strangers to friends, not only did rob drive the car, he took us on the golf buggy for photos, made sure we knew how our day was planned out and stayed right until the very end when he opened the magic photo mirror! Arriving at the venue i then met olive (😉) who was absolutely brilliant all day, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble! We were looked after from the second we were introduced and he made sure we were never without a drink! Then there’s gareth, what a lovely man! Not only is he on hand to answer any messages or questions prior to the wedding, even at stupid o’clock.. he was also there to greet me on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. The venue was absolutely stunning and the food was beautiful, but the entertainment.. Out of this world! Bill knows how to get the crowd involved and he did not fail in making sure every single guest enjoy themselves! Such a fun evening of games, dancing and lots of laughter! We fell in love with the venue from the very first viewing and the day exceeded all our expectations. We got married 18. 09.2022 and the day was seamless and stunning from start to finish. Gareth was an absolute pleasure to work with and ensured the day was everything we wanted and more. The attention to detail was second to none and we cannot thank him enough. We had our magical day on the 10th of September. We cannot thank the team at ridgeway enough for how smoothly the day went! What an amazing day from start to finish. we booked our wedding back in 2020 and was suppose to get married in 2023 but we asked Gareth and Bill if it was possible to move the wedding forward a whole year and they made it happen! Anything we needed or wanted to ask/know Gareth was a phone call away and was always very helpful. THe whole process ran smoothly, even the day before he was taking my stresses away. We cannot thank all the team at Ridgeway for the most magical wedding day. The party was incredible and every one of our guests said it’s the best wedding they have ever been to. Gareth was always at the end of the phone to answer my random questions, Bill was just incredible. Over the past 3 years with all our covid cancellations, Bill went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day( even taking our calls whilst in Australia at 1am😂) Ollie and Alison both made sure the day went without a hitch. The food was beautiful, the room was decorated exactly how we described it. We literally had to do nothing. The team took over and exceeded all our expectations. I have to mention again the party! It was outstanding, myself and my husband took a look around the room when the guests were singing and dancing and not 1 person was sat on their seats. When we 1st came to visit Ridgeway Golf Club we both just fell in love with the venue and loved how stunning the views were. Bill made us feel like we were part of the Ridgeway family straight away. Gareth was there to answer any questions I had no matter how silly they were. On the morning of the wedding Rob put the Groom's nerves right at ease. I was very pacific on my vision for the Marquee and Gareth made sure it was absolutely spot on. Ollie looked after us both for the 1st part of the day and what a lovely polite and funny young lad he is. The only down side was the order of the food coming out could have been a bit better it was slightly all over the place once the top table was given theirs. It would have been so much better if they had done TOP table, table 1/2/3/4 and so on. We also had 3 guests waiting for food who we could see looking a bit awkward so we called Ollie over who swiftly sorted it out. It's something our guests still mention to us 3 weeks on. But apart from that what an amazing day we had our guests have all said what a fantastic wedding it was and have all said how beautiful the venue is. Where do I start... On Sunday 28th August I married the love of my life Ieuan Greenway and we had the most perfect day. I couldn't of dreamed of better. I want to say a massive thank you to the Ridgeway Golf 4 All we fell in love with this venue from the moment we first stepped inside on our first visit. The marque and the grounds were stunning. On the day the marque was set up beautifully and just how I imagined it would look, its like the wedding co-ordinator Gareth and Alison could see my vision. These guys were amazing. Gareth you are a star and amazing at what you do I take my hat of to you as looking after all the brides cannot be an easy job 😂 Alison literally couldn't do enough for me and my husband and made sure we constantly had a drink in our hand. Bill Fitzgerald the man himself. I never met anyone who can get everyone up on their feet dancing and really enjoying themselves everyone said u was amazing and it was the best wedding they had been too... After reading the reviews I was weary as they all seemed too good to be true but honestly they are spot on it is out of this world from start to end. I cannot forget Rob the legend... Recently went here for a wedding was absolutely beautiful day from start to finish food was fantastic and entertainment was great The only thing that let you down was that we could not purchase cans of pop as we were told this was for golfers only personally I think this is wrong as we are all spending money at your venue whether we a golfer or a guest at a wedding

My wife and I had the most amazing experience with Ridgeway. From booking our date just 16-weeks before, we had several meetings to make sure everything was how we wanted. Nothing was too much for the team, they always went above an beyond. They are not lying when they tell you that they will take care of everything. Our stress was limited to turning up to the venue the day before the venue with a few boxes. The day itself is everything that my wife and I could have asked for. Rob made sure that he picked the groom party up before required to ensure that we had the full experience of the amazing Porsche. The team looked after all day to make our wedding day so special. I can honestly say the day was PERFECT! From our first viewing with Bill to the constant messages and phone calls and putting us at ease, there was never any issues with my messages they put us at ease at every opportunity. It seemed too easy to book and everything be sorted by them (apart from registrar obviously) but it was that EASY! The team at ridgeway were fab, they were more like friends than anything. When Rob picked me up, I felt so relaxed and comfortable like I’d known him my whole life. He even said he had Haribo rings incase they were forgotten! They weren’t luckily! Throughout the day he was there if we needed him and made sure we always had a drink in our hand! This man was there for us for the whole day, if ever we needed anything he was there, even down to taking photos for us on our phones, taking us around on the golf buggy and being a real friend! When I arrived Bill came to greet us, he made sure there were no guests in car park as I got out of the car, asked how I was feeling, made me feel at ease and said he would be back later on for the entertainment. Bill was amazing, the evening entertainment was spot on and got everyone involved, even those I didn’t think would! He was constantly there for a chat and made sure we were okay throughout. Lastly Ollie, well I can honestly say he was superb! This man is truly one of a kind and made our day perfect, he went above and beyond for us to make sure the day went as planned, he’s a cheeky chap and if you have the pleasure of having this man on your day you’ll have a blast! What can we say. As soon as we read the reviews on Ridgeway Golf 4 All we knew this would be the venue for us, we didn’t look anywhere else. From the moment we booked over a year ago we have been looked after soooo well. Many meetings with Gareth and constant nagging by wats app lol. Nothing was too much trouble though. The day quickly crept upon us and boy you guys did not disappoint. It was the best day of our lives, I know a lot of people say this but we very much mean it. It was effortless the team had it all covered. Rob who picked us up is soooo amazing and put my nerves to bed Instantly. Laughing all the way in the car. I pulled up to ridgeway and was very much welcomed by the amazing Bill Fitzgerald what a guy!!! He walked straight to my car to greet me. The lady who met me (feel So bad but I don’t remember her name) what a lovely lovely lady she really looked after me. After we had our ceremony my hand was never empty. I was really looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was on another level. The beef just fell apart. We absolutly loved our meals. Then the after party where the rest of our guests arrived. Bill is quite the comedian and such an entertainer. All the guests had the most amazing time and have all commented that they have never been to such an amazing and fun wedding. Plenty of games and laughs had right up until 12pm. We really didn’t want it to end and would Love to do it all over again. We will be recommending ridgeway to everyone especially if they are going to invite us so we can party again hahaha. When I read all the reviews I was a bit hmm seems to good to be true, but truly they went above and beyond, the food was beautiful, the venue was perfect, ally was amazing helping me with my bouquet and fetching us drinks, bill was fantastic with the evening party, every guest said that it was THE BEST WEDDING they have ever been to, there was so much fun, a huge thank you to rob who gave me slippers and helped me on and off the golf buggie, went back to the hotel as I’d left something in my car boot, even took my daughter who is autistic back to the hotel with her friend when the party got to much for her, also took beautiful photos, and Gareth who we didn’t see much of has he was sorting a generator out so our day wasn’t interfered with, also massive thank you to all the staff who made our day/night so very special, full of love laughter and tears of joy, thank you from the bottom of our hearts Mr & Mrs Owen xxx

Well what can I say!! We are thankful to the whole team at Ridgeway! We wanted something different 🤘 and you delivered and made our day one that we would not be able to forget, you looked after us so well! We couldn't have found a better place to have our wedding if we tried! Mr & Mrs Champion - 16th July 2022 Now we have finally gotten back to reality after coming back from our honeymoon, we want to extended the biggest thank you to the whole of the Ridgeway Team for making our wedding day even more special and perfect than we could of imagined! From the very beginning Gareth was an absolute star! From answering my endless questions to calming me down when I started to stress we both can't thank you enough for being so brilliant!💕 We also want to say a huge thank you to Rob, who made me feel relaxed and was always there if we needed anything and I mean anything! He's the best driver of a golf Cart I've know!🤣 He was amazing!💕 A huge thank you to Allison who looked after us throughout the day and into the night! Gareth has been brilliant since the day we viewed the venue, answering all my texts and endless calls. He made sure the day was perfect and made everyone feel so comfortable. My wife and I are wedding photographers and videographers and we love coming back to this venue time and time again. The staff at the Ridgeway certainly look after their guests. Great venue for a wedding and because it’s attached to a golf course you have access to great backdrops for the perfect wedding photos. Evening entertainment is simply brilliant too. It’s been a long journey since the start, back in 2019 and Ridgeway have been with us all the way!! Through 2 postponements due to Covid both Bill and Gareth have been superb, regularly keeping in touch updating us and reassuring us right up until our ‘Big Day’ on Sunday 17th July 2022 when they pulled out ALL the stops and made our day ‘AMAZING’ . The set up looked stunning, the food was delicious and boy they certainly know how to throw a party!!!! Everyone of our guests thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish; it was SO MUCH FUN. Both Ally and Rob took care of us all day, whist poor Gareth had the hard job of distressing both me and my husband, which somehow he managed to do so well whilst still making sure that the day went to plan; Gareth fair play, you were out of this world. They also managed to create so many personal moments, such as the father/daughter song’ that DID actually turn into a dance. This is a memory which will be cherished forever especially by me and my dad. Thank you so much for making that moment, along with the rest of the day all come true!!! Well where do we start …myself and Anthony would like to thank the outstanding team at Ridegeway for an absolutely perfect day. The venue looked amazing and we were looked after all day and night. Bill is bonkers and gave us one hell of a party…… in the words of our guests “we have never been to a wedding like it “ we would love to come back and do it all again. Also thanks to the caters for a lovely meal and buffet and thanks to Gareth who held all our pre wedding meetings and always gave us a free drink 🍺 lol. Massive thanks to Rob and Chris for being awesome DJs !!! Who would have thought I’d be dancing to Fire Wire and Clubland classics on my big day …. The music was fab !!! Omg. Where do we start. We can not recommend Ridgeway enough. We were very lucky to have our day on Saturday 9th July 2022 at this amazing venue. The whole team have been amazing but there are a few that need a big shout out. Bill has been amazing throughout from the very first meeting and he is so easy to talk too and runs the evening perfectly. Then we have our Ollie (Olive aka) he was amazing with the guests and us and always making sure Darren and I had drinks in our hands and that the day was running smoothly. Gareth (Popeye aka) he is an absolute diamond. He made me forget my worries at any chance given and he is the loveliest guy you will meet. And lastly what can i say the absolute legend that is Rob. From the moment he picked my daughter and I up he was there working his magic calming the nerves and he was with us all day. Took us out on the buggies and then was resident DJ on the evening. The food was amazing the setting was stunning and all our guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been too. We are so happy that we could share our day with these guys. I’m a little late on my review as still on our honeymoon but have a quiet few minutes so here goes - my husband and I got married at The Ridgeway on the 08/07/22 and we had the most amazing day. We did things a little differently and married as late as possible and went straight into the evening party. We wanted a relaxed and chilled wedding and this is exactly what the ridgeway gave us ❤️ The team are absolutely amazing and do absolutely everything they can to make the day run as smoothly as possible! Gareth, Bill, Anna, Rob, Chris & the rest of the team at the ridgeway have it all together and I was more than happy to let them run the show so we could enjoy our day 🥳🥳 I fell in love with the venue when I first viewed it in late 2019 and have fallen in love with it over and over again as it’s changed and grown over the last 2/2.5yrs. Meetings with Gareth were plain sailing and always came away reassured that everything was in hand. Even a quick call on the day of wedding to make sure everything was ok was really appreciated. I booked with Bill and the process was simple and easy. Bills evening entertainment was amazing, he really got the party started and everyone commented on how fab he was 🥳 I have had lots of comments from family and friends about how it was the best wedding they have been too and how beautiful the venue was. What can I say after a few days of recovery from a very sore head we are finally managing to leave a review on the most incredible place ever. We had our wedding here on Thursday and it was the most amazing day from start to end. All the staff was amazing and couldn’t of done anything more to make our day any more special. The food was amazing, everyone was so happy there was no mistakes made, everyone had what was ordered and the quality on the food was outstanding. Everyone enjoyed both, the sit down meal along side the buffet. Nothing was to much for any of the staff, they was there for everything. Gareth was absolutely outstanding from the day we booked the wedding up until the end & will be a forever friend. Bills entertainment was on another level there wasn’t anyone sat down, in fact people was up on the chairs dancing. He had everyone hooked & done a absolute amazing party. Rob is a absolute legend you literally couldn’t get any better, we spoke as if we have been friends for years. They have the most incredible team. I really cannot thank you all enough for giving us the most incredible day. How many people have made complements on the venue food and entertainment made us feel so grateful that not only me and my husband enjoyed our day but the guests did also.
