Q&As

As the Director of the Madonnacare Limited Company, nursing care is my bread and butter since taking on this career in many countries - including the Arab countries, Philippines (my homeland) and England mostly in the last 24 years.

Our Carers are selected with very good levels of training and understanding this service - a home situation in a person's own home - their boundaries. limitations as well as meeting their duties and responsibilities they can perform whilst being in the person's own home.

Extensive training is provided to the staff before they are assigned in a particular assignment.

Supporting people in need is a charitable act.

Having this in mind, the Madonnacare staff feel that a person who possesses the ability to do this occupation must have the heart and desire to look after their neighbour. Yes, we all also have a duty to sustain our own families by doing this work and in turn - provide a quality of life for our own families. Through the service we do, we hope to provide support and care for a person. Hence, we meet both ends - the client as a recipient of our service and we, the staff - as responsible parents as providers to our families.

The Madonnacare offers services at an affordable costs to a person living in the comfort of their own home, or people who needs us and by doing this service, we become responsible citizens serving the community.

We do not label our company as a, 'bespoke service' with luxury rates. Rather, our staff will provide the best of support to our clients, within the best of the client's capacities at an affordable costs. This to us, is the service we offer.

We see the need to support a group of people needing help in the community, and believe in making that possible to make life worth living for the person we support.

As previously mentioned, we do not call our service a 'bespoke service.' However, our staff will provide the best of care and support to a person who require help from our service to be able to live a good if not a better quality of life.

The Director and Secretary of The Madonnacare say,
'In general, our staff are coming from a diverse culture.' We are Asians, and growing up in our home country plus living and working in the last 24 years in the UK and other cultures has blended our knowledge, skills and attitude in the caring and health sector of the present. '

With every staff of The Madonnacare having this in mind, we aim to assure our clients that we can provide 'Y-O-U ' with good staff who possesses a kind, warm nature, with a bountiful of patience and a very good amount of hardwork put together - along with a smile despite all the odds of the day - TO BE THERE ONLY FOR YOU.

This service can only be carried out at a physical, live service in the comfort of your own home.
We can do a remote assessment initially, and a physical visit which will follow to make a profound difference in the costs of your support.

We can talk about this when we meet, as it all depends on how much good health you have and health practices, your medical history and all other basics and complexities of your needs.
We thank you for taking time to read about us.
