I love being part of someones journey and seeing them discover who they really are. Its watching people come to the realisation of how wonderful they are and accepting themselves. Its a privilege to be part of that!

I trained for four years in psychotherapy with the goal of owning my own clinic. This was so I could help people from any backgrounds access counselling. I believe everyone is entitled to support and help and owning my own business allows me to spread that ethos.

I am committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I aim to work in a holistic manner incorporating mind, body and spirit to feel whole again. I am not here to tell you what to do but to accompany you on your journey.

Yes on the phone or over an online platform like Zoom.

Working online if that is how you feel safer. In my therapy room we can wear masks, sit two metres apart, have full ventilation, all surfaces anti bac and room cleaned between clients

My name is Kate and I offer psychotherapy and counselling in Steyning, Horsham, Brighton and surrounding areas for adolescents, young people and adults. I am committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. With the increasing demands in our busy lives we can easily numb ourselves, distract or push away how we are really feeling or bury events that have happened that need to be processed. We do this to get through the every day but if left continually it can lead to anxiety, depression and self destructive patterns of behaviour. Friends and family can be an enormous support but at times it is appropriate to turn to a trained psychotherapist or counsellor. I aim to work in a holistic manner incorporating mind, body and spirit to feel whole again. I have been trained in the modality of Transactional Analysis. I offer remote sessions too.
