Had an amazing day yesterday with a group of five in the spa. Great facilities and we all had facial and back massage. We all loved it and are already planning our return. Just home from a really lovely night away with my other half as an early valentines treat. We arrived and found we had been upgraded to a suite. ...which was beautiful and very unexpected. The pool and spa area is lovely. We ate dinner at Redmonds and were very well looked after by Jacob. A few cheeky gins before bed topped the evening. Fabulous rooms and a first class hotel . Lots of sports to do. I was there to play golf, there are two courses, the Cheshire which was a bit on the rough side but two great scenic holes at the end and the Jack Nicklaus course which was much better. Love the hotel and the staff go above and beyond. Only downfall is for food waiting time. We sat down in redmonds at 8.30 and our food only just came out at 9. 55. We left before dessert as it was too late. We also had around a 45 minute wait in Vines. Please can we also see more vegetarian options apart from cheese �. More...

We were there for the weekend. I booked the hotel for my partners birthday and it was great. Quick check in and check out.
Rooms are big, beautiful and clean. The bed is massive and comfy. There was a mini fridge and my partner got a birthday card and complimentary chocolates. Having a fridge was great to keep some water as it was quite hot yesterday. The resort is amazing and it caters for everybody, families with young kids, couples, girls wanting a pamper day and people who enjoy golf. The golf facilities were brilliant. 2 golf courses, driving range and the Clubhouse to chill after it.
Food at the Vines was spot on and the staff was lovely. A young blonde girl served us and fitted us in as we were in a rush to go and watch the match. We got complimentary dessert aswell for the biryhday. The gym, pool, Spa all perfect. We had a 55min massage (sooo relaxing!) The staff is so nice and helpful. We are definately going back very very soon! Loved our stay at Carden Park �

We had a fabulous evening/stay to celebrate my parents Golden wedding at Carden Park last night- we couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. They were made to feel so special- we had wonderful pre dinner canapés and drinks in a reserved area, had fantastic table service, and the food was absoloutely outstanding- the best. Just enjoyed an overnight stay in a estate view room. All the staff we had contact with were friendly, efficient and helpful. We had a gorgeous meal in the Vines which was reasonably priced but top quality. We had spa treatments which I would say were some of the best we have ever had, the therapists were knowledgable and provided wonderful massage/facial. Breakfast was lovely. Absolutely amazing place! From start to finish, staff were accommodating, consistent, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Went 26 april with 8 lads playing golf great time, staff at golf club house very helpful, after golf spent 2 nights at hotel brilliant rooms very spacious and food great evening meals and breckfast, Also went on 12th may for 1 night with my wife the pool and sauna fantastic and a few drinks to follow, Staff are so helpful and so relaxing time there, Had a great 2 visits there and look forward to going back

Visited for the first time using a TravelZoo voucher for one night stay with dinner, b&b and upgraded room. From the moment we arrived we were impressed not only with the hotel and its surroundings but most of all with the staff! ! Our room was lovely and the bed big and comfy. We enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities and our evening meal was delicious. Just had a spa break here with a friend and we loved every minute. The room was big, clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. The spa was busy but still very relaxing and our massages were very good. We were very well looked after by all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble but we want to say a special thank you to our waiters in Redmans restaurant, Ben who looked after us on Friday, and Jacob, who looked after us on Saturday. I have just spent the weekend at your hotel with my family to celebrate my partners 40th birthday. We have had such a fantastic time, everything went so smoothly from making the booking with your reservations team who made dinner reservations and a reserved area for after dinner drinks to checking out with reception today!
Special thanks to Jacob who looked after us in the Redmonds restaurant and also Naz in the Bar who looked after us here and arranged for your pianist to play happy birthday to Darren. We had 2 children with us too who enjoyed the pool and also crazy golf this morning!
Our room was a family room very specious and well presented perfect for us but the only reason for 4 stars not 5 was because of how warm it was in there, the rooms do not have air con, there is a fan in the room but as the plug was on the opposite side to the room from the bed the breeze didn’t reach us as the room was so big so we didn’t sleep too well.
Other than the room temperature we have had such a fantastic time and such a memorable time for Darren to celebrate his 40th birthday too. Thank you!

Lovely place. The setting is wonderful, room was excellent, spotlessly clean. The pool and spa were very well equipped, clean and well organised.
Look forward to coming here again. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Only down side was the restaurant menu. I’ve seen more interesting food offered in cheap cafes. Nothing in the way the food was produced or it’s content justified the high price.

We stayed here for one night. We was lucky enough to be a competition winner. Winning a one night stay and a hour quad biking. When we arrived we couldn’t believe how amazing the hotel was. On check in was was told we had been upgraded to a court yard room which was absolutely stunning. We then had an hour quad biking with one of your events team, I can’t remember his name but his was brilliant. On the evening we had dinner in your restaurant we’re the staff were brilliant as well. Visited for a spa day.
The treatment was really good and so was the treatment area. The pool and sauna area is quite small and busy.
If you intend to spend time in this area as well there are better places nearby, like the double tree Hilton.
Room was large and clean, evening meal in Redmond's was nice and so was the breakfast. Felt a little let down by the spa experience, but the rest of the place made up for it

Excellent stay at Carden Park for mine and my boyfriend’s first anniversary and they added a lovely touch with a card and a small box of chocolates in our room. I picked the hotel and took my boyfriend and it did not disappoint. I can not recommend this place highly enough. We had 2 nights here with a beautiful view and stayed within the grounds the whole time. We ate in one of the restaurants and the food was delicious, we had drinks in the bar, played crazy golf, had a walk around the grounds, swam in the pool, used the sauna and steam room, had 2 treatments each and afternoon tea, it was all wonderful. On the day we checked out Antony gave us a personal tour in a buggy and took us up to the 18th hole on one of the courses and the view was spectacular. More...

Lovely hotel. Did not get a chance to try there activities. But they have a lot to offer. Lovely room with great views. Lovely shower and use charging sockets in the room and by the bed so you can charge your phone next to the bed.
