I am Harris an Edinburgh Psychotherapist, Counselor, Psychologist and coach that I help individuals and couples to heal and flourish. My practice, The Life Academy offers psychotherapy and counselling in Edinburgh. I have experience and can work effectively with a range of issues such as anxiety and stress, depression and low mood, low self-esteem and confidence, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, personality disorders .
I have a very accepting, warm and non-judgemental manner that will help you feel at ease in order to bring whatever worries you. I combine different psychotherapies in order to create individualised programs that will help you heal and overcome your difficulties.
