Knightsbridge Cleaning Company have been fantastic. I made initial contact making preliminary enquiries and they responded immediately. I explained our predicament and they went out of the way to offer support and flexibility in their package to cater for our specific needs. They were responsive to additional questions and they fixed a date and time which they honoured without any back and forth.

Communication was clear and consistent and they were totally transparent with fees which were very reasonable.

The clean itself has been high quality and thorough, paying attention to detail and I received photos before and after that are incredibly helpful as a student landlord so I can evidence the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy.

Very disappointed. I wanted an end of tenancy clean. What I got was very substandard. The kitchen in particular was still grimy, cupboards had not been cleaned inside, light fittings hadn't been touched, skirting boards untouched. I could go on. I sent photos and texts and it took over a week to get a response. They could not accept that they hadn't done a great job and no refund was offered. I was even told that they wouldn't have let a dog live there but were happy to take almost £400 of my money for poor work. Would not recommend. More...
