I have just finished a course of hypnotherapy sessions with Katie at the haven wellbeing hub and would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about having hypnotherapy. Katie was very welcoming and took the time to really get to know what I needed help with. She tailored the session specifically to what I needed and I noticed a difference from the very first session. Went for a massage with Katie on Friday and thoroughly recommend Haven Wellbeing Hub for anyone wishing to destress. I felt completely relaxed, Katie made me feel totally comfortable and the room was perfect temperature. The massage was incredible focusing on areas of tension in my body. I truly felt cared for which is exactly what I needed! I returned today for the Chakra Workshop with Katie Winterton which was really informative and also, completely relaxing. It was nice to go to a class where there is more focus on the meditation and pranayama the incorporating the asanas as a support to finding balance in the body through the Chakras. I loved it!! I had Angelic Reiki with Katie Palmer at the Haven. It was a fascinating experience, it's very interesting to see the pictures and feelings that pop up in your mind as it is done. Katie is gentle and considerate and very intuitive with her insights.

I also have my yoga here with Katie Winterton and it is an absolute delight, Katie is gentle and relaxing, but still pushes us and gets us working hard. It's wonderful to relax at the end with a herbal tea and a chat.

The Haven is an excellent centre, well worth popping in to the shop and having a look at all the therapies and treatments available. More...

I attended the chakra workshop this morning, and I want to thank you. It was a wonderful experience. The tutor was fantastic, the place was clean and have a calming, lovely vibe to it, the shop well stocked with interesting books and spiritual bits and bobs, all the staff were friendly and happy to give information and the cake was delicious! ;) thanks again. I've known Katie for years & used a wide range of her fabulous therapies. When I had a fall this week & my back went into spasm she was the first person I turned to for help!
