Just want to say a massive thank you to Charlotte for sorting out our mortgage. Not only did she manage to get us a £200 a month saving over the same term with the same lender (! !!!) but she also managed to do it in record time. Given the difficulties with our property and our previous experiences elsewhere I can only say that this was a fantastic service. Charlotte was professional, clear, quick and very easy to deal with. When the lender succeeded in messing up the paperwork, Charlotte managed to get it sorted out in under 24 hours. We would have no hesitation in recommending her and have already suggested to family and friends that when they are looking to get a mortgage or re-mortgage then this should be the first port of call. We had a slightly complicated situation, but Tom worked non-stop to make it happen for us. Buying a home in London is not a simple process and as first-time buyers from outside of the UK, we did go into things slightly clueless. The people. Always the people, They are the colour to our day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The Banking Crisis, I could either go down with the banks and let them take my house or build something special built around the client. And here we are now.
