The team sent to re-decorate my lounge done an exceptional job, they were clean & tidy, however the job required a limited amount of plastering, of which they had no expertise, so they filled and sanded the areas, it took several attempts to achieve an acceptable finnish but they got there in the end.

I used them for a few weeks for house cleaning before cancelling the service. I was told an initial clean of 3-4 hrs would be required to bring the house to standard before weekly cleans. I ended up being told it took 5.5 hrs and was so disappointed to arrive home to find underneath the lounge rug was not vacuumed and the inside of windows dirty. I continued for a few weeks, 2 hrs a week but as three cleaners came this was 40 mins, fair enough but I continued to be disappointed with the cleaning standards. The house smelt feisty from them using their own vacuum which just smelt awful. There was no clean smell on arriving home. We have a box room which never got touched and was thick with dust. I also found they weren’t vacuuming the huge rug in the lounge or cleaning inside the microwave. They didn’t wipe behind toasters or coffee pots in the kitchen. My final disappointment was the unreliability with time, I was told mornings but on one occasion they turned up after 5pm without even so much as a text to say they would be running late. After a hard day at work the last thing I wanted to do was go out the house so they could clean. My family always joke about my poor cleaning standards so to find a cleaning service doing a job that I even find poor is quite something! More...

What do you love most about your job?
To do what we do every day, every week there must be something that we all love about what we do. Firstly its the people and then the want to help, often our job far exceeds cleaning and am proud that we are here to offer a hand when needed. We love cleaning, not just wiping a cloth over something, I mean getting the toothbrush out and getting in the corners and areas we rarely get around to doing. We use our products to their full potential and so we never hang around, we are busy from the minute we arrive until we leave. I love seeing photos before and after our magic touch. We can bring the life and sparkle back into a lived in home in the space of a month. Thats what we love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have run several businesses in my time from a .com to a Property Sales & Marketing and swore I would never do it again. However, this little business has grown legs and started all by itself........ I hate turning work down so I guess it started me!!

We work for Domestic and Commercial clients. As a Commercial client you are probably looking to hand the job of an end of tenancy clean to one company knowing you can rely on them to finish the task properly.

Extreme cleans can involve anything from the removal of rubbish and debris such as excessive waste, expired food, odour, bodily fluids, mould & mildew, insect/rodent infestation, human excrement and much more.
