Saw in the new year with the family, spent 2 nights. Have to say from the moment we walked in the experience was second to non, the staff we great helpful. Kids had a great time with all the activities in the amber suite the staff members in the activities suite were amazing and helpful, special thanks to Nye for organising the activities. The Grove hotel is our favourite go to hotel in the UK which always offers friendly and excellent service. The afternoon tea was wonderful with refill sandwiches and a beautiful pianist in the background. Dinner at the Glass house was incredible value. At £50 per head and a buffet dinner with so many varieties of food. Apollon on Reception was so helpful and kind and definitely worth a mention. More...

Just returned from an overnight spa break at The Grove. From start to finish the stay was wonderful, the customer service was some of the best I have ever experienced. I was here as part of a conference. ||||Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Both restaurants offered great food at surprisingly reasonable prices. ||||Grounds are beautiful, lots of parking. Electric charging available. Great Sunday and Monday at the grove. Made the most of the experience with a spa treatment and an amazing dinner in the glasshouse restaurant. Can't fault anything, we're looked after from start to finish and enjoyed the luxury but didn't feel over the top. The grounds are good for a walk too although were restricted due to a recent NATO Summit. Would thoughly recommend for a special occasion. More...

Just returned from a three night stay at this hotel ,, found it for a very good price compared to others locally this is in a excellent position for s lot of the amenities in London it was in walking distance for Buckingham palace London eye winter wonderland all with in half hour distance on foot . The hotel is basic hence the price but is immaculate clean although dated ..the staff are the nicest I’ve found in all of the hotels iv stayed I’ve forgotten the mans name what looked after us and our room but he was so lovely and helpful .we arrived far too early then we was booked in but nothing was a problem for the staff of this bed and breakfast which again the breakfast was a top ten lovely bacon egg sausage tea or coffee brought to your room at the time you request proper English breakfast cooked to perfection definitely would recommend this hotel for any one wanting a cheap budget stay will certainly be returning More...
