Deeply, deeply disappointed by the service rendered today and their complete lack of customer service from the company. Apparently two people for one hour is not enough time to clean a bathroom and a toilet, let alone the other parts of the house that they had agreed to during the quote. No services that we agreed to over the phone were on the job order. If they didn't think that two hours was enough time to do what we had requested, why didn't they communicate that at any point instead of doing a half-job and demanding more money to do the job they agreed to in the first place. Their "guarantee" seemingly does not exist, as without confirmation photos they will try to gaslight you into thinking that the clean was to an acceptable standard. Would not recommend to any other NDIS participants, as the cleaners themselves have no customer service skills or the basic ability to explain why a clean was substandard, instead laughing in your face and saying "we tried" as the only explanation before leaving, and the customer service line will give you a million excuses as to how the clean was to the standard they advertise themselves as holding. Wow, finally a cleaning company that actually clean. The service from start to finish was honestly so easy. I booked in the morning & spoke to Ellie who was so helpful easy to talk too & got my home booked in for a clean on the same day, actually within 2 hour for a full house clean 4 bedroom 2 bathrooms & media. Ellie recommended Gabriella & Anderson & after the service they provided I too also recommended this team. They actually cleaned my house! Friendly, fast & very thorough. Every room was cleaned I'm especially impressed with the bathrooms. I have cleaners out before & left feeling deflated as I still have had to clean after them. But The Green Rebellion actually provided the service advertised. I will definitely be booking again as I know I can actually count on the job being done. Great price, great service. How long have you been in business?
The Green Rebellion UK had its offical UK launch in May 2023 as part of a global roll out of The Green Rebellion.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we do and we only use Chemical and Toxin free cleaning products and they are also synthetic fragrance free.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating an impact for both the customer and the planet with out chemical and toxin free cleaning.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been running a service based business for over 25 years so it’s what I know and love. When I saw the mission and heart behind The Green Rebellion and the innovative way it is run I just knew I wanted to be the one to bring it to the UK. We are shaking up the cleaning industry one clean at a time.

All our cleaners are professionally trained and our work is guaranteed.
Customers will receive a 5 star service from our team of Green Rebellions and have complete control of their booking and requirements through our booking platform (Think Uber but for cleaners). We also pride ourselves on first class customer service throughout right from initial contact by the customer.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
All our booking is run remotely through an online booking system but obviously our services are carried out face to face. It wouldn’t be a 5 star clean through the internet.
