The Golden Care Pathway Agency provides a comprehensive range of domiciliary/homecare services directly to the service user.
To ensure a person centred care is met we empower our services user to tell us in their own words how and
when they would like us to carry out the duties to meet their needs. We provide sufficient information to make sure that service users are able to choose
and express their preferences. E.G Male or female care worker, times of visits, whist promoting their independence
To ensure that our services are safe and protected the Golden Care Pathway Agency undertakes to employ only those persons
it believes have the requisite skills, education, training, prior work experience and attitude which will complement and enhance
the quality of care we deliver. All staff are provided with the Care Certificate UK and Mandatory
Modules Training before they start work with our
We recognise that we are all different and unique in our own by carrying out our daily activities done in days and times.
This is why The Golden care pathway provides a 24 hours services and flexible working times that can range from one hour
as many times a day you need your support
