Covering the below but not specific or limited to;
* Shower screen clean and polish
* Wall tiles cleaned and polished
* Bath, basin, taps and shower fittings to be cleaned and polished
* Toilet to be thoroughly cleaned
* Mirrors to be cleaned and polished
* Floor to be moped and vacuumed
* Dusting and cleaning of woodwork and light fittings

If your bathroom contains black mould or heavy limescale, please tell us upon your inquiry as this will effect the length of time of your booking and products required.

Removing deep dirt, not typically covered in everyday cleaning


Covering the below but not specific or limited to;
* Clean and polish all surfaces
* Clean and polish outside of cupboards and kick boards (inside of cupboards in optional extra)
* Clean sink and taps and remove light limescale where possible and polish
* Wall tiles to be degreased and polished
* Clean of oven externally
* External clean of all appliances, including kettle and toaster

Optional extras include;
* Inside of appliances
* Inside of microwave
* Inside of cupboards
* Inside of bin
* Cupboard organisation

If your kitchen contains black mould or heavy limescale, please tell us upon your inquiry as this will effect the length of time of your booking and products required.

Start/End of tenancy clean will be a through clean throughout the property so that it is pristine and ready for the new tenant to move into the property. There will be two people required for a tenancy clean and this can take the majority of the day, depending on the size of your property

Covering the below but not specific or limited to;
* Dusting throughout , including light fittings, switches, banisters, curtain rails, mirrors, fire surrounds, radiators and all internal woodwork
* All light furniture to be moved and to be vacuumed, all floors to be washed in addition
* All glass furniture tops, mirrors and frames etc to be cleaned
* Interior windows to be cleaned
* All doors and door frames to be cleaned

Kitchen Deep Clean including inside of oven and kitchen cupboards

Bathroom Deep Clean

An after build clean is very similar to a deep clean where we will remove the deep dirt and dust in your home and it will cover areas not typically covered within a regular cleaning service. In addition we will remove any debris left by the building work. There will be two people required for an after build clean and this can take the majority of the day, depending on the size of your property

Covering the below but not specific or limited to;
* Dusting throughout , including light fittings, switches, banisters, curtain rails, mirrors, fire surrounds, radiators and all internal woodwork
* All light furniture to be moved and to be vacuumed, all floors to be washed in addition
* All glass furniture tops, mirrors and frames etc to be cleaned
* Interior windows to be cleaned
* All doors and door frames to be cleaned
* Carpets can be professionally cleaned if require
* Kitchen surfaces, appliances, inside and outside cupboards will be cleaned
* Bathrooms, en-suites and toilets will be thoroughly cleaned including floors and woodwork
