Free Discovery Call
A free 15 minute discovery call, for me to learn about you and more importantly for you to decide if I am the right person to work with you.
Initial Consultation
A 60 minute initial consultation Zoom call where I will review the questionnaire that has been sent to you prior. I will then supply you with a Schedule of Recommendations, based on the information discussed. The cost of this service is £65 including time before the call to review the questionnaire, so that I am able to give you the best possible advice.
Follow Up Sessions
A 30 minute follow up review Zoom call to address any queries or concerns you may have and make any additional updates. The cost of this service is £45.
Diet & Meal Plan Session
A full diet review and meal plan creation to take into account all dietary requirements. This includes a 60 minute Zoom call and a meal plan with recipes to give enough options for a month. The cost of this service is £220.
Silver Wellbeing Package
A one month plan that includes the initial consultation of 60 minutes, a schedule of recommendations and a follow up 30 minute call. Cost of this package is £125.
Gold Wellbeing Package
This 3 month plan includes everything in the Silver Wellbeing Package plus additional dietary guidance to include meal plans and recipes, 2 additional monthly check-ins, access to a private TFN community on Facebook and a 90 minute kinesiology session. The cost of this package is £250. A payment plan is available.
Platinum Wellbeing Package
A 6 month plan that includes everything in the Gold Wellbeing package plus 3 additional monthly check-ins, bi-monthly kinesiology sessions (3 total at 90 minutes), access to a direct WhatsApp for quick queries, answered within 24 hours and a supplement voucher valued at £75. the cost of this Package is £550. Payment plans are available.
