What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the positive changes people make, from feeling empowered to finding a positive way forward after traumatic events. People truly are incredible and I still find it amazing just how unique and capable we all are.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start my own business for two reasons:
1. It means that I am able to be as flexible as possible for my clients and their needs and not have to conform to big company policies.
2. I can work round my own family life and and achieve the work life balance I enjoy, especially after I spent many years working over 70 hour weeks.
Why should our clients choose you?
The most important thing with hypnotherapy is ensuring you are willing to make a change, if you're ready for this then I am here to support and guide you through it.
I am very passionate about my work and ensuring that I help make a difference to everybody's lives, which is why every session is tailor-made for you. I am also registered with all professional bodies to show that I follow a code of ethics and am qualified to the highest standards.
My sessions are centred around you and what is best for you at that time, half of the session includes other techniques such as CBT and they are all focused on finding a way forward.
I offer a FREE initial phone (or email) consultation where we can discuss your needs and how I can support you and there is never any obligation or expectations from me. I offer a non judgemental, safe space so that you can be honest and we can achieve the results you want.

As well as face to face services, I do offer online/remote services also- sometimes even internationally! This gives my client the flexibility to be somewhere they find comfortable and calm and therefore aids in open discussions. This in turn can help to achieve faster results and feelings of calmness.
