The food was lovely can’t fault it, service was dreadful, waited at least 20 minutes from walking in the door to order taken, had to pay 1st, had to ask for drinks as that took so long, we would of walked out but had already had to pay. At least another half hour for food, another couple walked out as they didn’t even have drinks order taken, and another couple wished us luck on their way out. Says it all! Would not recommend! It took over an hour for food and drinks. Ordered more drinks and after half an hour nothing and when we asked for a refund they wouldn’t give one. Said we had to wait an hour for our money back. Complained and chased several times and no one responded. Poor service. More...

Highly recommend!!! Unbelievable rage of cocktails and other drinks!!! Well priced and good quality! And have i mentioned that the cocktails were amazing! ? Lovely restaurant not to mention the lovely staff, there was a small wait on our first round of drinks and the Keeley one of the waitresses came over to us and apologise and offered us a free dessert!! Keeley and the other young lady who served us at the door (who’s name I can’t remember!!) were noting but kind and helpful, as being a waitress myself I can really appreciate good customer service, would highly recommend and will definitely be back!!! just had a breakfast, food was nice but service was terrible. first we were overcharged by £8 pound as waitress forgot that drinks are free with breakfast which is ok as things happen then we asked to see the bill which was not presented and seen that all meals were charged £1 extra. (which apparently was till error) 🙄. oh and not to mention that one of us didn’t get breakfast as they forgot🤦♀️so we had to wait and couldn’t eat together… apology would be nice… More...

The revamp at the folly looks absolutely amazing and atmosphere itself was great however an hour and a half wait for drinks is not acceptable if it wasn't for them taking our payment first we would have happily got up and left. When you're ordering around £50 or more and drinks come and spits in spurts. Drinks missing and for a rude young girl who is waitering to tell me well we do have a lot of tickets behind the bar in a snotty attitude is extremely unprofessional. Yes you might have lots of tickets behind the bar but you clearly aren't putting them in in the correct order because the table next to me ordered three rounds in the space it took us to get our first round. We could see the bar from where I was sat and they were picking up tickets that were wet through so you couldn't even see what was on them. At one point I could even find a waiter. We were in there 3 1/2 hours and it only managed to have two drinks. This was a Saturday night. More...
