Heating is now fixed and I'm nice and cosy and warm again, no thanks to British Gas. I couldn't wait for a week in the freezing cold for them to come. I got David who was excellent and came right away and got me sorted for a fraction of the price of British Gas. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is fab. He will be my goto person from now on. Quote was competitive. Engi err arrived dead on time. Work was competed in a day. There was an issue with the heating system which was not related to the installation of the boiler which was dealt with quickly by a return visit. TECS recently came out to my flat in Glasgow as I had an old gas boiler which was leaking and needed replaced urgently. I am reliant on rental from this property and had guests due to arrive a few days later. I spoke to David on the Wedneasay and by that weekend I had a new boiler installed and working perfectly. The job was complex as it was a penthouse flat with difficult access and pipe structure. TECS could not have been easier to deal with and completely over delivered on my expectations despite the complex nature of the job. I would recommend this company to anyone. More...
