We offer courses and consultancy / sessions to help people with mental, emotional, physical and spiritual challenges. We use the powerful "Emotional Freedom Techniques" (aka "Tapping") which in most cases is profoundly more effective than talk therapies - it works more deeply and much more rapidly, despite being gentle.

I attended Levels 1 and 2 training with Peter and Tamara in London in November 2019 and had an amazing, transformational and uplifting experience. EFT is far more powerful than I expected and integrating it with the metaTapping course helped in measuring progress in sessions and provided a focus for connecting with feelings and emotions. Peter and Tamara are fantastic trainers, delivering the material with clarity, care, attention to detail and compassion. This is a very special place and one where self discovery is valued. You are gently guided along with the trainers Peter and Tamara and you leave feeling transformed. I went with a friend the first time and was prepared to find it all a bit of a joke, but this is no joke. I left feeling they are really on to something here. The approach is gentle and nurturing, something we seem to be lacking in the rest of the world, and as you settle into it, you leave behind past trauma's with a set of skills that will see you hang on to this great feeling. Having been introduced to EFT a few months ago I thought it was interesting but left it there, but then when Tamara offered a course locally i of course jumped at the chance and WOW - i was hooked.
after completing the Level 1a EFT course that day i enrolled for the 1b and Level 2 workshops run in Kings Langley by Tamara and Peter.
The course was simply amazing. both Peter and Tamara are excellent teachers with a wealth of experience to share.
So if you are either looking to gain more insight into any pain, trauma, habits or success - then this is the place to go.
Would highly recommend.
