What’s your signature dish?
Curry Goat with Rice Peas and Coleslaw. This dish is made with goat meat (not mutton) authentic spices and seasoning. Quality rice and peas (pulses of the customers choice)
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen very carefully to what the client requires and make the meal that fits the budget, with the highest quality ingredients.
