We had our wedding here in May 15 and returned back for our anniversary this year. Absolutely love this place and would recommend to anybody. Prestbury is a lovely village. The Bridge is beautiful, clean an the gardens make for a beautiful wedding setting. The staff are fantastic every single person the we dealt with on both visits were kind, polite and worked so hard to make our day special. The wedding coordinator Spencer went over and above what we expected and our toaster master Ken (who was arranged by the Bridge) made our day what it was. I could not thank all the staff enough. Me and my husband got married here on the 20th august 2016.
From booking it two years ago we couldn't believe how supportive the staff were all the way through.
Everything was on point from the ceremony to the toast master to the waiting on staff, the food , the whole of the bridge staff were absolutely outstanding.
If I could do it again I would.thankyou to the bridge hotel for being fantastic xxx

The staff were warm and welcoming with a respectful familiarity that made you feel instantly at ease in the beautifully appointed surroundings. The room was comfortable with plenty of room for the most thorough of packing. The food was excellent and served piping hot fresh from the kitchen of a chef that knew his business. All in all we were delighted with our stay and have recommended the Bridge to all our friends and family More...

I stayed over night on the 4th to 5th of November 2016, and was surprised at how small the village actually is, as it was my first time there, however I am extremely happy with the service I received, the room was extremely comfortable, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The village is beautiful, and the locals friendly. The hotel itself, is a gorgeous old Tudor period establishment, and decor is stunning, with two stunning dinning terraces looking the lovely River Bolin, that was also running right under my window, made for a very peaceful nights sleep. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone needing a stay in Prestbury, and would gladly stay there again in the future. More...

My wife and I stayed in The Bridge Hotel overnight on 12th November and we also had a meal and drinks.
The check in was great and the room (10) was great too no problems at all, the meal was good although the menu didn't have as many options as I thought it might have.
We had 2 courses and couldn't manage a desert but we did manage a few drinks until the bar maid had finished her shift.
The breakfast the next morning was good but some of the food was going cold because the flames were out under the hot plates, the staff were spot on though looking after us.
The only negative for my wife and I was at 7.30 in the morning the cleaning team were on our floor hoovering and speaking loudly to each other and woke us up which was a pain but I suppose that was the alarm call to get us up and go for breakfast.
I've given you 4* this time, thanks.

We had our wedding here last Christmas so obviously we fully enjoyed our day. Great food. Wedding coordinator was ok... Communication could have been a little better. The next morning at breakfast there was only one young lad serving on his own... Few other little things about the service in general at the hotel I wasn't to keen about... &Our Cds from the reception were never found or returned after calling in a few times to see if they had found them over time. Feel standards maybe dropping a little in customer service which is a shame. Apart from that we had a lovely wedding day. More...

We were on a 21 day motorcycle tour. We started at the Bridge and ended there yesterday. The service from the staff was very good. They are redoing the dining room and bar so the group ate in the downstairs dining room. Only problem was that the water turned off in the shower yesterday afternoon when my wife was in it. More...

I've visited the bridge hotel several times and would rate the food and service as good. They have a small dance floor and bar. My last visit was for a Christmas party. Sadly, during this a temporary manager and relief staff I talked with informed me that the hotel is under recevership. More...

I attended The Bridge Hotel for an evening wedding. The setting was quaint and calm apart from some nearby building work. The building retains much of its historical charm and the reception room where we spent most of our time was sheltered from the main road and surrounded by a pretty garden . Staff were friendly and food was pleasant, a pretty setting for a wedding. More...

What do you love most about your job?
My favorite part of coordinating weddings is definitely getting to see the bride at the reception dancing with her friends and family, not having a care in the world. It is at that moment that I know my team has completed a job well done.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because of the way we make our couples feel and our truly attentive service. We also have everything you could want on-site, with a disco venue, restaurant, accommodation, beautiful gardens, Prestbury postcode and dedicated team.
