Helen is a great listener, and knows exactly what questions to ask. She took my example photos and our chat during the trial to create two beautiful trial looks which gave me options to decide later. Helen is super organized, thorough in her responses. She sends contracts, and detailed day schedules promptly. This was particularly useful during the pandemic. Helen was not intimidated! She decked out her PPE and very strict cleaning procedures and still managed to make me feel completely relaxed and at ease on the day. I contacted Helen to do my makeup for my skincare business - she came highly recommended and I loved her previous wedding work. However, I needed something different to wedding makeup, she was SO enthusiastic and threw ideas at me before we met for the shoot. I needed a photo of me for my 'about me' section of my website where I looked professional, approachable with my skin being the focus. Helen made me look better than I looked on my own wedding day!!!! She followed my brief exactly, she understood what I needed and my skin looked like glass.
