Booked online had confirmation email. Arrived for Sunday lunch - name not on the reservation list. Shown to table, oh my gosh- very disappointed no cutlery on table, no condiments and sat by the door of the toilets on a stage! !! Smelt like a night club. Pre-booked a meal for 6 people. Awful service, didn’t have a table ready for us and were all over the place. Whilst staff were lovely, they were very disorganised, consistently forgetting our drinks. They were out of some of the food that we wanted, and the food that we did receive was not up to scratch. The sweet potato fries were the worst i’ve ever had, and the pizza was average at best. I ordered a pint of diet coke and was unable to drink any of it as it literally tasted disgusting. I don’t know how they were able to make diet coke taste like it was gone off but it was absolutely awful! Definitely would not recommend going here, awful experience & also ridiculously loud. AVOID!!
