We visit Brandon Marsh weekly as part of a school groups session, we always have an amazing time! The staff there are fantastic. At christmas time George in the Badgers kitchen went above and beyond to help our young pupils with additional needs. Went to Brandon Marsh with my daughter and had a lovely time around the nature reserve. The food from George and the Badger’s kitchen is nothing short of amazing. The sweet treats are a particular favourite of our family. When you go there I recommend getting a few puddings to share, as they are all great. My favourite is the chocolate brownie, I made the mistake of trying it once and now no other brownies come close. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Communicating well, finding out likes and dislikes to ensure the food is to the desired effect

Why should our clients choose you?
We are a family run business. The Head chef has over 10 years experience in fine dining and loves to pay attention to detail to ensure the best product is offered to the client
Private Chef
We can private a highly experienced and adaptable fine dining chef straight to a venue of your choice or home. Our Chef is able to create a bespoke menu of you choice linked to a special occasion, budget, dietary needs or specific preferences.
The evening would consist of a pre consultation meeting either on the phone or via zoom to establish what the criteria and the scale of for the event. We would then send out a proposal adapt and change as necessary and then private the dinning experience of your choice. Cooking the food either on site or delivered as required.
Any dietary needs can be catered for and will be discussed during the pre consultation meeting.
