What do you love most about your job?
Oliver, the Registered Manager, has worked in community care in Southampton and the surrounding areas for a number of years. His passion lies in recognising how quality care and support can have a positive impact on the lives of others and exceeding expectations by striving to deliver an outstanding service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Oliver established The Armstrong Care Company after recognising the demand for outstanding, professional care services and confidence in being able to deliver an exceptional standard of care.
Why should our clients choose you?
The Armstrong Care Company is an independent care provider delivering exceptional standards and fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Oliver, the Registered Manager, takes the time to meet all service users, regularly review care plans and adapt as necessary. Recognising that everyone is unique, it is important to understand individual needs and requirements by listening to service users and their family or friends to build a care plan specific to each individual and liaise with other community teams and professionals to support a consistently high level of care.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Rigorous and extensive training as well as detailed policies and procedures are in place to ensure that infection control is a priority. Safety of service users and staff is paramount and taken very seriously.
Personal Care
Registered with the Care Quality Commission, we are able to provide personal care including washing, bathing, dressing and incontinence support in your home.
Medication Support
Whether it's just a gentle reminder or further support with medication, we can help. Additionally, we are able to support with re-ordering medication, liaising with GPs or picking up prescriptions.
Meal Preparation
We are on-hand to support with nutritional needs throughout the day, preparing breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks or an evening meal.
Companionship
Sometimes just a friendly face and a little conversation can make a big difference.
Domestic & Cleaning
Staying on top of housework can be tough. We are able to support with keeping your home clean, tidy and comfortable.
Shopping
If you need someone to accompany you to the shops, or have one of our team members pop out for you, we are available to assist.
