AMAZINGGGGG is all I can say .Exqusite customer service. .Very Clean. .Dog friendly, the owner has the most beautiful little dog called Lily, who gave us the warmest welcome, very obedient and is kept out of dining areas when guests are eating even though I wanted snuggles over breakfast with her haha, she's a sweetheart. .Very peaceful, calming, relaxing environment, i have never experienced a more tranquil atmosphere in a hotel before, i seriously have come home feeling re-energised. .comfortable bed, with fresh linen, and a great nights sleep. .The food is superb. .courteous staff. .Great attention to detail. .Beautiful gardens, (perfect for weddings and photography) ill attach some photos. To name a few as to why I would recommend this hotel to everyone. no number can rate the kind of service you receive here, I can only appreciate how hard the owner has worked to make it the sanctuary that it is, and this reflects in the service received thank YOU for a wonderful stay, we will be back. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! So tastefully decorated and stylish. Lisa took wonderful care of us and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel restaurant was closed but Lisa recommended a local restaurant and rang to book us in there. The rain came as were due to go out, but there were even umbrellas waiting at the door for patrons of the hotel to use. The room and communal areas are all immaculate. I cannot praise this hotel enough and am so very glad we found it. The attention to detail was amazing and your every need catered for. We had a fantastic afternoon at the Alexandra Court Hotel to celebrate a friend's baby shower. The food was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate us when the original baby shower date had to be moved just days before the planned party due to the baby making plans to arrive early! Our family celebrated my mums 80th Birthday here at the weekend.
The Hotel is lovely, beautifully decorated and very clean.
The food was delicious and the staff are fantastic.

Mark and Andy made the wedding planning journey easier. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Both Mark and Andy make you feel you have known them all your life very friendly and welcoming. Their staff are friendly, polite and made our stay wonderful and that of our guests The wedding day for our daughter, her fiance and the guests was fantastic and nothing was too much for the team at The Alexandra Hotel. We stayed here last night for a family members 40th birthday. We received a warm welcome from Lisa at reception. The place smelt absolutely amazing from the second you walked through the door! All the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were lovely and clean. The food we were served was delicious and to a high standard. I went to my friends wedding here, I could not praise this place enough. Immaculate and tastefully decorated,a lovely warm and friendly feel throughout. The staff were ALL super friendly and helpful and very smartly presented. The food was delicious ! And breakfast was great. The rooms were comfy and clean. Thank you to everyone at The Alexandra Court Hotel for making our stay so lovely. We had some rooms the night before our wedding and all of the rooms the night of our wedding in May. Everyone at the hotel from start to finish was so friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself was beautiful, all of our family and friends enjoyed their stay here. Excellent boutique hotel, would highly recommend. We had a delicious dinner courtesy of the very talented chef Andy for my husbands 50th birthday. Our host Mark was very attentive without smothering us, fabulous service! The whole family stayed the night, and loved their rooms. We stayed in room 4, it was fabulous!
