What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting new dogs, breeds we didn't know existed, even if it is just virtually! But one thing we love more than that is surprising & delighting our customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The plethora of absolutely duff dog name tags out there, it's a glorified scam what some of our competitors sell. Not all of them of course, there are one or two companies out there who are GREAT at engraving and are an absolute inspiration for us (you know who you are!) but like us, they're battling against competitors fighting to offer the lowest quality, cheapest product. So no one wins, especially not their customers.
