Ed was My grandson’s personal trainer Ed Benskin-Tempo fitness ..he is truly amazing .. I am very grateful to him for getting Cruz back to walking properly after breaking his fibula & tibia bones last year. Cruz was in full cast for 6 months it was a long recovery.. he was left with with a bad limp.. It was Ed who trained Cruz three days a week helped him back to walking properly made the leg strong again.. not only is Ed one of the best trainers I’ve ever known he is extremely caring he genuinely cared for Cruz helping him back to full strength Thank you Ed from me and Cruz .. once lockdown finished I will message you re some more sessions for Cruz upper body. I was really apprehensive about exercise following complicated spinal surgery but Ed put me at ease straight away. He is very knowledgable and has created individual programmes to build my strength and increase my activity levels. I have a problem with my arm. I cut some trees down about 9 weeks ago and ever since my arm hurts.
So I booked a session with Ed. Ed patiently got me to explain how my arm felt and very quickly correctly identified the problem, he did some exercises and gave me some great input. Now I know how to treat this and it is already improving. I recommend Ed to all my friends who have aches, injuries and issues that need sports therapy. More...

I have really enjoyed training with Ed, he is passionate about his job and helping to reach your intended goals. Not only have I exceeded lifting weights heavier than I ever imagined, but I have also noticed changes in my muscle tone. He has given me the confidence to train alone and apply his workouts. The reality of fast approaching my 50th in 2019, together with needing to loose a lot of weight & get fitter, I took the plunge with reluctance to find a personal trainer because I knew if I joined a gym, I would make every excuse why I couldn’t go! Right from the start Ed put me at ease, was non judgemental & put a training plan in place that even I would cope with! He has been supportive with nutrition, training & my ailments. I cannot recommend him highly enough & he encourages you all the way, even when the going is tough & you’re ready to give up. The first time I've used Ed was to improve my health after surgery.

Now 3 years later I need Ed's help again with an ambitious target to lose 5 stone in 12 months. Ed's carefully constructed exercise plans have been specifically tailored to achieve my goals. Without Ed's expert guidance to motivate and drive me forward week on week together with a balanced diet and weekly exercise regime I've lost 2.5 stone in 6 months.

Thanks Ed for you dedication and professionalism now let's get cracking on the other 2.5 stone.

Seeing how much more free time it allowed me to have which meant I could work with more clients and help more people

Im very experienced within the industry. My experience comes from two backgrounds of sports therapy which I have done a degree in and have done placements within professional sports clubs. The second background comes from personal training. I have helped variety of clients achieve a number of different goals, ranging from sports performance to weight loss.
Along with this, I provide myself on not only getting goals but also putting a more personal touch on the sessions and the experience.
