Teebollz Consulting has several years’ experience, knowledge with available workforce in the care and healthcare and support industry, Cleaning and Facility Management industry, Security and Concierge industry ; we are well equipped, providing home care (personal care) to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health illness, Alcohol and drugs, eating disorder dementia etc. Our company is managed and directed by professionals all with whom have extensive experience both in delivering care and management of people. They are supported by a team of staffs most of whom also have a wealth of experience in the care sector. Our management team has undergone various training and qualification in Health and Social Care.
We have candidates on our database whom we have carefully selected through our interview process; because we understand that the quality of our service is measured by our staff performance while communication skills are a significant factor in this process.
We are Care Quality Commission compliance, and we ensure we follow all regulations; before our coordination team can book a staff member, they must be fully compliant. This includes all mandatory documents for example a valid DBS check, proof of right to work, references, vaccinations, and all mandatory training.
