Family member bought a fone from here took it back as the screen flickers quite a lot to b told it needs a new screen and it’s her fault because the screen protector is cracked (which was done wen it got put on) and she has to pay £75 to get it fixed. . even if she had dropped it (which she did not) then isn’t that what the screen protector is Ment to do protect the screen ?
