Personal Trainers

I'm really enjoying my training and feel better for it. Chris mixes it up, so no chance of being bored! I am pushed to do a bit more every week, but don't feel overfaced.

I asked Fletch to help me lose weight and get fit in time for the cricket season in 10 weeks - he achieved both in 8! And in his usual efficient and friendly style.

I create fitness classes or personal training that are varied, so that clients feel energised and happy with themselves for putting the effort to be the best they can.
