Couples counselling
I offer relationship therapy as a tool to work on communication skills and to help each partner understand the other’s underlying needs. Regardless of how long you’ve been together, spending quality time working on the substance of your relationship is a courageous step towards a joyful connection.
I also work with people in other types of relationships such as siblings, families, business partnerships.
Individual counselling
The quality of the therapeutic relationship is essential for effective outcomes and so it is important that you work with the therapist that is right for you.
During our initial consultation, we will consider our compatibility and if we can work effectively together. If we find that another therapist or approach would better meet your needs I will make a recommendation where possible.
