What do you love most about your job?
BTL property is a huge INVESTMENT. Most landlords are heavily reliant on the INCOME from their RENTS. I love it when they choose me to manage their PROPERTY, it shows that they have full FAITH and TRUST in me. IMO there is no bigger complement than that :-)
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my first business when I was 21 and have had an ENTREPRENURIAL mindset from a very young age. Property is something that is TANGIBLE and is a PHYSICAL asset, with my background as a FINANCIAL advisor, MORTGAGE advisor and a strong interest in property, I felt that starting a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT business was a no brainer.

I have 7 years EXPERIENCE and have faced countless OBSTACLES. I always remain CALM and look for the SOLUTION in every situation. I am RESPONSIVE and am able to be contacted 24/7.

YES. I have back office SYSTEMS and CONTRACTORS in place to allow me to offer services ONLINE or REMOTELY.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
COMMUNICATION is KEY. Taking care to protect all by ASKING any PARTIES who will be in CLOSE PROXIMITY about their HEALTH. Any POTENTIAL RISK will be ELIMINATED by rescheduling any visits. Customers WELL-BEING is of paramount IMPORTANCE.
